ENNUI

Ennui is defined as ' a state of boredom or emptiness especially caused after a bout of exciting events'. All of us would've experienced this state at some point- not feeling like talking to a person immediately after spending a lot of time with them or feeling low after having a very very enjoyable time with people or even insomnia after some memorable events. These are what that were going on in me for the past few weeks. With high pressure piling on    weekdays and the most memorable and exciting weekends ever I suffered from insomnia, depression, hyper-activeness, loneliness, speechlessness and in a state of trance.Something that cannot be explained... though I tried to.
